Handcrafted Production & Manufacturing Standards

Every pair of EXOHEELS shoes is individually handcrafted. As with any handmade product, minor cosmetic variations may occur during the manufacturing process. These do not affect the product’s performance, comfort, safety, durability, or lifespan.
Such characteristics are a natural result of handcrafted production and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Acceptable characteristics include:
  • Minor traces of adhesive or glue residue
  • Slight variations in stitching, seams, or finishing
  • Small loose thread ends
  • Minor variations in the color or shade of materials, hardware, laces, zippers, or surface finishes
  • Light creases or marks caused by packaging and transportation
  • Small production marks resulting from the handcrafted manufacturing process
  • Minor differences between individual pairs or slight variations from product photos
Product images displayed on our website and social media are provided for illustrative purposes. The color, texture, and appearance of materials may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, screen settings, material batches, and the nature of handcrafted production.

Manufacturing Defects
A product may only be considered defective if a manufacturing fault affects its performance, functionality, safety, or intended use.
Examples of manufacturing defects may include:
  • Structural failure of the platform or heel
  • Significant separation of the sole or structural components that makes the footwear unusable
  • Critical asymmetry affecting fit or wearability
  • Any other substantial manufacturing defect that prevents the product from being used as intended

For footwear produced as a custom or made-to-order item, EXOHEELS reserves the right to first offer a repair, defect correction, or another reasonable remedy. A replacement or refund will only be provided if the defect cannot be repaired or if the same manufacturing defect reoccurs after repair.
