IN STOCK ITEMS: You can return goods bought from stock within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase. The return of goods is carried out if the specified goods have not been used, their consumer properties, seals, factory labels and packaging are preserved. It is not possible to return used goods. You can return it using any postal service, return shipping is at the buyer’s expense, return period is 7 days. Once the package is received, returns are processed within 10 business days. Once your return has been processed, the funds will be returned to the card that was used to pay for the order.
The date of actual dispatch of the order by courier must be no later than the 7th day after receipt of the goods from the online store. Please note that the cost of returning the item is paid by the buyer. To return, contact us at @exoheels with your order number and we will help you to arrange a return.
CUSTOM HEELS: Since the shoes are custom made for you, we do not offer returns/exchanges. Please see our
size guide and don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions. If you believe there is an error with your order, goods are faulty, different from a sample shown, please immediately contact us @exoheels and we will resolve any issue of our fault.
